All SYG leaders are unpaid volunteers and have
undergone a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check.
In addition all SYG leaders have undergone courses in Youth Leader Training with
some leaders holding DofE Assessor Qualifications, BCU canoeing qualifications,
as well as certificates in Holiday Leadership & Campcraft.
